International Incidence of Childhood Cancer (IICC) is a collaborative project of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and the International Association of Cancer Registries (IACR). The objective is to disseminate the available data on the incidence of cancer in children around the world in the IARC Scientific Publications series. The third volume of the series (IICC-3) was co-sponsored by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC).

The dual publication of IICC-3 includes IARC Scientific Publication No. 170, which can be downloaded from https://publications.iarc.who.int/658 as a PDF file, and additional online material at https://iicc.iarc.who.int/results, which expands considerably the description of the datasets included in the IICC-3 book. The printed version of the book is forthcoming in 2026.

IICC-3 contains data from 308 registries operating in 82 countries, departments, or territories that met the inclusion criteria, as assessed in a rigorous peer review by the IICC-3 Editors.

Standardized incidence rates were first released online on the occasion of International Childhood Cancer Day 2017 (15 February 2017). The complete materials were released online on 10 December 2025, along with the PDF version of the book.
